Please welcome my new "Tia" 160 +

Hi people,

My 160 Plus with Kayla face who I have named Tia just arrived about one week ago now. Here is the first pic I have taken of her. I'll take some better higher res pics soon. Being that this is my first time seeing any doll, other than in pics, I have little to compare her to other than my own expectations.

The realism and beauty of this doll has definitely exceeded my expectations. For anyone who has never seen a high quality doll live before, It is really astonishing how amazing they look. Dress her up a bit and it is literally impossible to tell from only a few feet away that it is not a live sleeping human other than the open eyes.

After all of the anticipation and waiting and changing my mind over and over and saving money and finally pulling the trigger I can say I wish I had made the purchase sooner. I am happy that I chose the DS-Doll Sweet company to purchase her from. The buying experience was quick and painless and the product absolutely rocks !

Congratulations on your new sweetie! The 160 plus is a truly gorgeous figure and of course the Kayla face is an instant classic. It's true, too: most guys have no idea of the beauty and charm of love dolls. While part of me wants to see love dolls go mainstream, I confess another part is happy to keep it a subcultural secret for connoisseurs.

Congratulations! Your post is a real pleasure to read as I was in the same position as last year and was overwhelmed. The thing I rave about is that there is something not wholly replicative in DS realism so that we have the clue that she's not real and want her to come alive, rather than be so real inducing a shock to find her dead. The gentle red shading that you'll see highlighting shoulderblades and other places gives a hint of the consequences of blood running through her veins and the way in which DS do it, as far as I am concerned, is an artform.

The other reason why your post is a pleasure is that all of us know that you won't be disappointed and that she will be a doll who will last, and if and when any repair is necessary, silicone is easy to mend and DS are wholly caring and supportive. It's as though Steven at DS considers the dolls he sends out as his daughters.

It sounds as though Tia has introduced the bug of coming alive to you already and it will be a real pleasure to see what she does. It will be a pleasure to see her making an entry on the Kayla appreciation society thread as I'm sure that as soon as Tia comes alive she will be a vision indeed.

G'day Tufgngbob and congrats on Tia's arrival.

There are many pics on TDF and on manufacturers sites, but nothing really prepares you for how a lovely lady such as yours looks in your own home. I remember how I felt when mine arrived. Enjoy mate, the feeling doesn't wane, it build into real love. So happy for you.

Similar to you, I had never had nor seen a silicone doll in my life until my 160 Plus with Sandy and Kayla heads arrived about a month ago. I also have been very impressed with mine.
For me, after I put clothes and jewelry and stuff on them is when they really came to life.
Dealing with Doll Sweet during the buying process and then seeing, touching, and experiencing their excellent product has been a complete joy......

Yes I expect there are many amongst us who can say that, myself included. Tia looks very beautiful and it's lovely that you find her a joy to behiold. I look forward to some more pictures when you two are fully acquainted.
