DHL shipment on hold message at Incheon

Everyone suffering the waiting game has no doubt followed their tracking number inch by inch . . .

Has anyone seen "shipment on hold" at Incheon - is it normal and how long is the delay there? Or does this merely mean that she's waiting for the next plane?

She's come through the Customs status update with "Clearance processing complete" . . .

the waiting game is the only game you cannot get used to it.... Harem, I did not know you are waiting for a doll!!! congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.... it helps if you start a new project, or focus on other hobby in the meantime......

pd: its better if the "on hold" appears on other country than yours.... mine got stuck "on hold" in mexican customs for a lot of days.... the feeling of seized is terrible.!!!!

Mine ended up in Ohio, but they will ship to West Coast monday, hopefully on time.
The other half ended up in LA, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed all is well on mine.

Hope yours is ok too..

DHL's primary entry point for the US is in Ohio and the other is in LA so you are fine. It seems to be random as to where it goes.

Harem, on hold could mean a number of things from bad weather to mechanical issues with the aircraft she is on. Everything should be fine my friend. Go cuddle up with Chloé or Kira depending on where you are at the moment and lose yourself in their arms. They will take good care of you.

Hi Harem,

This happened to me when DS shipped out my 145cm+ to me. John assured me that this was normal, and not to worry about it. IIRC, they have a logistics company who helps them to move their dolls through customs. My doll was on hold in South Korea before she was cleared and shipped to the next stop, which was Cincinnati Ohio.

Thanks. Luckily I have a wonderful wife who looks after me . . . but the challenge is for my fantasy ladies to arrive whilst I'm at home before going away . . . so that when I return and wife goes away the fantasy ladies can emerge to play . . .

Yes - I'm wondering if I'm going to be telling her that she needs to go on a diet to look like her 160 sisters . . . and get to places with less delay.

Whilst 158plus and 160plus are understandably popular at the moment it would be nice to see more photos of the 160 - I reckon the 160 has rather good attributes of her plus sisters together with more of the elegance of the 168 . . .

Shipment picked up 6pm at Dalian in China effectively 10am or so UK time Sunday . . . delivered 11.30am Tuesday in the UK.

I tracked the DHL tracking number and as soon as I saw "Customs status updated" went on to https://epayments.dhl.co.uk and made immediate payment.

Finding a yellow lorry outside only a few hours later on Tuesday, with "Estimated delivery" being Thursday, . . . was a shock.

No - I have not opened the box yet

but look forward to doing so in the coming days . . . !
