Perhaps many do, but I've not met an RG in my life, over the age of 13, that does not have wider shoulders, and thicker upper arms than a DS doll. I get that some people like it and that's fine . . .
But really - How many adults do you know that need to alter or pin a US size XS top because it's too big???

As a result of the narrow frame, the boobs seem too close together when viewed from the front... Not too close in terms of distance in between them, and not too small in terms of cup size or view from the side, but too narrow in terms of the width of both together when viewed from in front. My 13 yr old daughter is about 5'4", about 100 lbs if that, and she is built like a waif... She wears a US size SM.
