Yolanda Gallery and Order Option Up at US Store

Just noticed that the gorgeous Yolanda gallery is now up and the head option available for order at the US DS Doll store!

I think this is the best face they've created to date. :glow:

Also, could someone not quite so colorblind tell me if those pics of Yolanda in the gallery show her with green or brown eyes? Thanks!

I think it's worth noting, for folks who have never ordered previously from DS, that the wig that they put on the heads for the photo that they send you (e.g. Cucky's photo above) is not the wig that you will actually receive (it'll be new and in a bag) but instead it's just one that John from DS (or whoever is taking the picture) has lying around to take the photo. Just saying, because when I saw the photo I got, I was a bit (not a lot) taken aback by the state of the hair before I realized it wasn't the wig I'd get. Small things can make a difference to some folk. Anyway, with that out of the way, that's a beautiful looking face, Cucky.

I don't interpret this DS pictures as a lie....... It's only an example for the customer, because it's more beautiful to show your purchased and finished doll with hair than without. Anyway you can order a different wig if you want. For example I ordered a blond wig for Miah and got two wigs. My optional wig and the pictured wig.......
This negative criticism is simply unjustified in my opinion. Here in germany we have a quote for something like this. "Aus einer Mücke einen Elefanten machen"
It's something like " To make a mountain out of a molehill" in english or american english.......

There're much worse problems in my opinion

Correct GirlsGang. I agree with you. This wig is definitely NOT useless or worth nothing. This wig is beautiful.

I am assuming that edyedy simply chose the wrong words. That's because his last post and content can be understood right or wrong.

Luckyleaf -- I never stated such a thing, nor did I choose the wrong words. There was no "negative criticism" towards DS. I merely stated that the wig in the photo that John emails out to customers is not the wig you will receive -- you will receive a new wig, not the 'used' wig that he puts on the doll's head for these customers' photos. Nothing wrong with that, it's just a statement of fact and one which might be helpful incase some potential customers are put off for whatever reason by the wig in those photos. It's an assurance to them, that their doll will have a nice beautiful wig. I loved my experience of ordering with DS and love my doll. I look forward to ordering from them again.
