So I'm a fan of the innie vag and I'm currently eyeing that DS170. From what I can tell, the dolls seem to start with an innie and then get an outie look when the insert is put in. My question is, can the innie look be maintained while still using the insert? Maybe pushing it as far back as it will go or something. I know no one really has experience with the DS170 specifically but any input would be appreciated.
