I'm returning from a hiatus myself, and it's nice to see some familiar favorites stirring from slumber too. The picture I've linked below was a real treat. I've repeated this many times through the years(!) but photos of dolls with their partners are quite my favorite kind. The human element breathes life into synthetik beauty, in a familiar way I'm sure many of you relate to.

p.s. As an aside, Miah is one of the rare specimens here at TDF with whom I have a sense of time and maturation. She ages slowly, if at all, of course!, but... I'm left always with a sense of Miah having grown in some way. She's very introspective; both young at heart and full of depth.
