As a collector I would like to see them change up the faces every year or two, they have a lot to choose from.

Or maybe a plus version of that body????????

Only dolls I can find listed where some 'frozen dolls', Im guessing for copyright violation. No sex dolls or anything like that.
Not one mannequin, doll, sex toy is listed. I can't find one. The dates are given above the listings. All are supposed to be listed, but I've failed to find anything related to dolls.
I doubt you'll find any on there. At least not today. So many things get seized on a daily basis that they generate a new list every day.
its supposed to be 30 days worth of listing, with 30 days after the item is forfitted that it has to be listed.

I bet those dolls never show up on that list, I bet they where stolen by customs agents and never reported.

I've heard nothing since that call were I was told she would be burned for being a witch or something. I have no illusion, got most my $ back, Bucketboy (original order) lost the 30% deposit.

I did have a store credit, realized my new case would accommodate a larger doll with it's head off.

Jumped to DS to order a 145 (yes I was ready to pull the trigger) and we all know how that turned out.

Was not my day for dolls, lol.

If the attorney decides the doll doesn't qualify, then the doll should be released. Is the date of your notification on 8 June 2016. I'd still report a lost package as an attempt to get other eyes on what's going on. That list, so far, shows a clean track record for anything to do with dolls.

Checking on Bucketboy's reports, it looks like he passed his order on.

The search result on this forum for the term "forfeiture" rendered four results. Three of those where in this forum and had to do with your report. The one that wasn't in the DS doll forum shows in a response that mentioned politics and and other forbidden matter that got the thread locked by the Forum founder. That particular thread wasn't even about dolls.

At this time I do not believe so. I believe so far the only reports where the 3 from the beginning to middle of june.

I'm checking everything like that. As you stated earlier, though, the term "19usc1305" is good also, since that's a violation code mentioned. I usually just enter usc1305. I've been doing all that from the beginning. It's only been two days. 30 days from now might be telling, though.

I would like to see a list that shows all those who have reported of forfeiture and the dates associated with those reports.

My Eva has been stuck in Louisville ky since June 1
Customs seized doll June 08 they sent out a letter June 10 from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection notifying me of seized property

That's the same date that loneranger reports. Keep your eyes on that list.

I would also report the package as missing just to get other eyes on it. Nudity is exempt and size doesn't matter (in this case), so I would go to claim the item when the appearance is offered.

I can always put a wig on her.

It's an excellent item by the way. She does excellently at what she is designed to do, except for the oral. The oral is useless to me. (Shameless plug for the TDF toy store and supporting statement through illustration)

The Hera 3 is legal, so I don't see how these dolls aren't legal. There appears to be inconsistency that needs ironed out.

How tall are Teddy Babes?

It's my guess that thousands of Hera 3 dolls have sold and that not one crime was caused by it, so what protection does seizing a doll render?

I order the DS-mini it was ship thru UPS (which I requested DHL from John) and when the doll arrive to the CBP, they holding my eva doll. I just got the letter from CBP a few day ago. This is part of what the letter say:
"
Dear Sir/Madam
This is to notify you that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)/ U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE seized the property described below at the port of Louisville, KY, on may 27, 2016:

1 Child sex doll

The Estimated domestic value of the property is under:$5000
the property was seized and is subject to forfeiture under the provisions of the Title 19, United state code
section 1595a(c) as it was determined to be in violation of Title 19, United states code, sections 1305. mailing obscene or immoral articles are prohibited."

There is more to the letter, anyway I don't want anything to do or trouble with CBP, so I check the box abandon then sign and date it. I contact John DSdoll about it, all he could do is credit half of the amount. Which I don't mind about it, still I think the CBP in the future going to be tough on us doll collector. I know the mini doll is small but come to think about it does look like a child size but since when a child have boob that big? Second I know why the DSdoll making it small because it easy to sell and cheaper to make and ship. I told John to put the doll on hold till I find out if what CBP up to. I don't want to order another mini doll thru DSdoll and got seized and cop around my house and arrested me for owning a mini doll. Does any one have any luck with the DHL shipping?
