Hi folks -- the most relevant post I could find was about four years old, and the link to the video is 404:

The head has a tube in it which slides over the neck bolt.
The neckbolt has a small groove to hold the head in place (like a safety clip)
To remove gently push on the head upwards until it starts to move.
