Honestly, i just go on Ebay and buy my dolls woman's size small in everything. 90% of the time my dolls wear leggings and size small t shirts or a sports bra.

That's the advantage of getting a sweetie with realistic( albeit petite) proportions. 
Imho - the 160 sculpt is a naturally pretty shape
- just wish I could get a 112%+ version of it( and at about the current weight of course *cough*), ah, well, something to hope for.
