A long time away....

It’s been almost 1 year since I first found this forum and began to consider obtaining a doll. A lot has happened since my last post in the spring of 2016; the significant event being that while my doll order was being processed I received word that my overseas assignment would be ending.
As I had intended to use the doll while on assignment and sell it once the assignment ended (being that the reason I was buying the doll was I was overseas while my wife was in the USA) I now questioned how to proceed.
I considered trying to cancel. I considered to continue to have it shipped to Switzerland to use in the few remaining months I would be there. I considered sending it directly to the USA in which case I would need to explain to my wife why I was keeping the doll (she knew I was getting it in Switzerland and accepted it “as long as I don’t have to see it”.
Ultimately the months of research and talking myself into finally placing the order led me to determine “I want this doll.”
So after an awkward conversation with my wife, the doll was shipped to the USA (received by my wife) and has spent the majority of her life in a storage cabinet.
But she has come out on a few occasions and I will share a few pictures.

Thanks for sharing eh! It's nice to see the naughty parts, as I really want a DS145 soon.
Just being patient here for DS's plans on releasing a new line of faces for them...?

At least this would be interesting to know. Whereby I doubt any face can beat the Sakura / Ying face in my opinion. Even less my Miah.
I've found the perfect doll so I don't want another one.

It's great that finally your wife accepted a truce. Rather similar to my wife - "as long as I don't have to see it" . . . is better than having to hide her.
