Question about nipple color in new DS

It looks like the nipples in new DS dolls straight from the factory are really vibrant red as if someone rubbed them very hard:) Will this color fade after washing and powdering? If not, I am thinking perhaps I should ask DS nicely for a lighter application of the color, ideally in lighter pink.

DS seals the areas they apply colour too, so the fading will take a lot longer than if it was just make up, but they do fade a little over time.

I had to recolour Xiaoli's nipples recently as they had faded to almost nothing, but that was after about 18 months.

I am intrigued with the DIY body makeup. What products did you use to recolor them? I assume a regular make up would get wiped off very easily.

Diy body makeup is da bomb. Takes some practice and careful mixing and applique.

But as Sam says, I used regular powder blusher. Apply heavily, then take off the excess with a dry Q-Tip until you get the look you want, then smooth over a very thin layer of clear silicone (I use Permatex) and powder with Icing sugar to matte the finish down. Then leave it for 8 hours or so to dry before washing the icing sugar off. Remember to clean thoroughly with Acetone or IPA first so that it all bonds together.
