Thera was doing the housework yesterday getting rid of the cobwebs

but was really frustrated as she couldn't reach high enough.

She looked for a ladder and couldn't find one so

she found a box instead.

There was a green sticker stuck to the top

saying "OK" so she knew it would be OK to stand upon.

That was great -

- high enough

to brush away the cobwebs and flies

Upon getting down

she thought there was something familiar about the box

and thought she should investigate further . . .

Lovely picture illustrated story yet again, you really excel at this.

So she bent down

to absorb further the nature of what she'd been standing upon.

There was something strangely familiar about the label

so she began to open the box

She hadn't seen a box like this before

and she wasn't entirely sure if her eyes were serving her well

as there distinctly now appeared a face

She was actually rather shocked and thought she'd seen a ghost.

This called for contemplation

and a cup of tea.

Her worry deepened and tired by all her hard work she slumped

and fell asleep.

The daylight disappeared

and it wasn't until it got dark that

she woke up not knowing whether she was really awake or in a dream.

She sat there looking at the box

and wondered if she dare open it again and investigate . . .
