Is it safe to put stockings on your doll and leave them? I mean if they are white? I am thinking of buying some white stocking that go up to the thigh and leaving on my 158CM doll just bought she hasn't arrived yet, but when she does I plan to go buy some. I am not sure what size to buy yet, does anyone with a 158CM DS know what size stockings she wears? I didn't know if it was okay to leave them on her, or if you shouldn't leave them on for an extended period of time? I just thought they might look good under her dress and with her shoes I plan to get her rather than trying to put socks on her feet.

Depends on the color and pattern. patterns transfer onto TPE like lace. A lot of Doll Owners will leave body stockings on their dolls for long periods of time. I myself do.

I was planning to get white stockings that are solid, no pattern, just the regular kind, that are like the kind that have no pattern, not sure how to describe them, but the regular kind women wear normally not like porn stockings lol

Regular solid stockings are best. Try size Small.

This has been covered a couple times; There aren't many wholesale no-no's, however there are precautions and things that are ok for limited duration.

PreWash and then wash again everything that will come into contact with your gurl. Use mesh lingerie bags to help keep things together in washing machines. Hand washing with woolite is great for color locking and testing for color bleed. Especially do this for blacks, blues, and red colored clothing and lingerie.

Watch out for rough and scratchy items. If they don't feel smooth to your skin they may risk scratching your girls delicate skin. Lace is very pretty but extremely rough on skin and your doll. Consider using an under-layer with a sheer body-stocking, pantyhose or thigh-highs to protect body parts from lace lingerie, rough textured and colored items. Silky nylons are also great for a skin barrier to protect from bumps, moving, clothes staining and makes dressings easier and generally feels great all around.

White, neutral or skin colors, made with cotton, satin or soft mixed synthetic fabric blends are ok to be left on a doll for several hours. Do not keep dark or bright colors on them for long unless you are 100% sure bleed will not occur. Also watch out for cashmere or other fuzzy lint prone clothes as they will transfer lint and fabric fibers easily to your doll.

So wash, rinse and repeat. Try to keep to soft, smooth or silky materials. If the clothing feels soft & smooth to your skin, it should be good for the gurl. Limit their wearing time for colorful items.

I put stockings on mine. If there's a dark spot when you remove it... (For black stockings.) One might confused it for stains because she wears socks or stockings, sometimes dirt form in there.

Nope, none of my girls gotten any stains. I covered this already on another thread and been giving this advice multiple times already but I'd say again. Use the vinegar technique to remove the most bleed for the clothes. Make sure you're in a room temp or colder as heat does cause this bleed more prone to happen. Make sure for black clothing, they have under garments like white clothing underneath, bikini straps, etc.

I put a full stocking then i put thigh highs with garter if i like.

I think all of those will work without staining. As a matter of fact, no user here report staining or has any proof to support it with pictures. Seriously, this paranoia of stains has to stop. Like seriously. There's a way to remove the stain from the dolls and this shan't prevent the user from wearing anything. Just provide you use your common sense on dark and colored clothes.
