It is true that my first purchase from DS was received without issue and undamaged. She was so wonderful (Blossom) I had to have another.
This is were it all went to shit...
I am still waiting for an exploitation from "John
" why my Jasmine was snatched by Customs and destroyed (2 other TDF members had the same thing happen)... I believe that she was a mule for some illicit thing the shipper did, DS fired the shipper. The UPS Recovery agent in Kentucky (I called everyone every where to no available) said that the shipper was sent a letter explaining why...no one shared it with me. There was some BS at the time that perhaps it was c****d porn, but that was never the case and since they are shipped here now without issues then it was never an issue.
So while I waited to see if I would get my doll or help from DS (never happened), I watched as Mini after mini started showing up damaged. Could it be that DS realized their custom DS Mini box that weighed as much as the doll was $$$ way more then they charged for shipping , so they switched to ultra light barely packed dolls. This is were all the damage really started (there was 1 occurrence of damage from the 1st group in the custom box but the pictures looked like the box was run over by a truck). DS started sending replacement dolls left and right, and people got multiple damaged dolls.
All I got was a run around, no true answer, disrespected and mistreated. Got a partial refund (should have sent me another doll!!!!). All inquiries ignored. I tried to buy a wig, bikini and stand. No! No! No!
I have a folder here with all documentation, names dates and occurrences. So if you want to know how true the so called DS Customer Service really is like when the chips are down...I have details up the wazoo...
Besides when you have the best Dolls in the world made in your own country then I am ashamed of buying for them in the 1st place. A 1,000 difference is nothing in the long run when you average out the life and quality of your Doll!!!
