Ds 167 weight

I have a question about the ds 167. Amazing looking doll. Listed at 29 kilograms on the d's website. When it originally came out it was listed at 39 kilograms. Have they actually made the doll weigh that? Or is their webpage a misprint? I saw in one thread people saying 39 my but I was wondering if they had an older model and maybe the newer was lighter? Just wanted to ask because this doll is kind of gorgeous lol. Thanks for any help.

I think they have made them lighter. At least they have listed other models lighter too such as the 145cm. It was 20kg but now 18kg.

Current Doll Availability and Innovation

Currently, there are 21 different silicone female faces to choose from for 158cm-167cm tall dolls, which are the Silicone Dolls Cloud Climax sell in the UK and Europe, as the Official Distributor and Reseller. There are also two male faces. All the current heads are being updated to “Studio Level Make Up” as part of a new innovative process that has been developed to ensure an even more realistic look for DS Dolls.

The Current silicone doll bodies that are available are all going to be updated with weight reduction. The 167cm body, which is the flagship of the range, has already had 6kg taken off due to amazing skeleton upgrades. What was 38kg is now 32kg, which is a low weight for such a high quality 5 foot 6 inch silicone doll.

To get a really good idea you should probably try to PM someone who ordered a 167 recently and ask to weigh her.

The best approximation I can provide is from information gathered in this thread:

specifically the table I compile every now and then - go back from the end and you should find it.

Combining the results with the general impression that
a) Doll Sweet did actually reduce the weight of the 167 over time
b) All their currently available official weights( in China) are slightly on the high side whereas they were originally( and still are in the US) deceptively on the low side.
I come to the conclusion that a weight somewhat below but close to the specified 36kg is likely, say about 34kg.

But again, this is a guess, changes may still occur and your best way to get a recent reference is to find and contact people who just got one.
