She decided it was time to have her back straightened out.

TOOLS...acetone, q tips,silpoxy, exacto knife and loctite super glue ultra gel control.

I started by blow drying her back on high heat. I than separated the skin from the foam. When that was done I made an incision across her back (not going to close to her seams) .

Once that was finished I took the wool, and began stuffing into her back.
When that was finished, I used acetone to clean her up around the cut , top and bottom (prepping the surface for sealing).

I than decided to close the wound by pulling down on the top peice and pushing up the bottom piece under the top I tacked it down in places with the glue. I than proceded to take the silpoxy with a wedged ended chop stick and put the silpoxy under the seam with it. I than put pressure on her back so the wound would close

I decided to stop her from further delamination by cutting small slits in her back, and taking a standard ge caulk in the gun and inserting into the slit and injecting it into the back. Do this carefully as you don't want over fill her back .

With these repairs well done and holding. I have decided to further customize the foll, by closing her mouth.

What you will need. 1 a bag of cotton balls
2 clear silicone ge caulk tube.
3 acetone,
4 rubbing alcohol
5 cotton swabs

Oh almost forgot you will need red acrylic paint white acrylic paint and just a small touch of yellow paint mix the hot pink color with silicone caulk

I did a fill on my gorgeous Alice. She had sunk in some places, others I had no idea there was any problem for the whole year I have had her .
Refer to Vons Octavia Zefer thread for the materials used. Instead of dry erase marker , I put a vasoline than cut a slit in the middle of the area to be filled , I cut 1/3rd inch line in the skin. I than marked the cut with an eyeliner crayon. It went right over the vaseline . I than shook the tube as suggested by the manufacterer. I yhan filled the gaps in her stomache ass and bust until full. Any extra will come out . Work time was quick. Maybe 40 minutes. I will be doing some more minor customizations as time goes on.

They are such sweeties . I will be adding Miss Grape soon. I have been busy rotang my alices hands. I wish for face another direction entirely. Have pics

Her right hand is ready. Turns out her right shoulder was seperating as well. So of course I cut a little slit in the top of her shoulder. Than injected it with the same can of foam previously used on 2 other dolls .
