In search of The Perfect Seam

How to make seams as strong as other vinyl body?
I've used vinyl glue on them BEFORE first inflation, it works, but still far from perfect.
I've inflated my fatty to double pressure, she even stretched noticeably, but... but seams are still the weak point. At least, not strong enoung to let her get really tight.

May i suggest laying vinyl strips over all the seams.
Overinflating a vinyl doll is a bad idea. I am having luck vlp vinyl glue, and long strips of similar material

I use VLP on all my doll seams but strips on vinyl on the troublesome seams sounds like a great idea. Thanks.

Yes indeed. I will do that when i find my donor vinyl i stored around her a year ago. It will go right over the vlp that is over the seams now. My best air babe is from 1999.
Then i have the tak shing twins which are from the 80's they will get the same treatment. Thinner vinyl you have to be careful with, because it can melt through her thin skin.

Another idea: pre-inflate the doll, put some Revultex LR into it and shake until latex covers the envelope from inside. Will it work?
