How to fix deep scar?

Hi,
I have a silicon doll that is less than 1 year old,she was kept in basement since I got her. Somehow last month when I tried to move the doll, I somehow find out there is a scar on the arm under the elbow, and i can see the metal skeleton part in it. Is there way to fix a scar like this?

The doll is a 4woods one with light color skin

The metal poke through is repairable, but unless you want it doing it again, you should open open and seal the metal with cloth and tape the sharp end. Then glue with silicone adhesive - like windshield adhesive many of us use.
