I was sent two TPE "cubes" with my doll. OK, what are they for and how are they used?

Experimentation. No, not that kind of experimentation!

They are used to test how TPE reacts to different things, such as clothing or makeup.

You can use them to test dark clothing fabrics, to see if they will stain your doll. They can also be used to test chemical reactions (make-up, glue, etc) and to practice repair techniques, rather than butchering your doll as a test subject. Would also likely work as a compatible filler, if your doll gets a hole/tear.

It is also advised to set aside at least a small piece away from light and keep it dry and cool. That way if you ever need to match a head or a body and want the same color you have a sample that is not faded or discolored in any way! Trust me on this one!
