I posted a number of topics separately, and decided it would be good to bring them together to suggest an overall concept. Since dolls already have the option of different heads, wigs, and sometimes inserts, wouldn't it be remarkable if that were extended to include breast size, pubic hair, and more insert variety. Just imagine if a doll owner could own one doll body, but have three different heads, three different wigs, three different pubic hair shapes, three different inserts, and could adjust the size of the breasts. It would essentially be like owning three different dolls with different personalities. (For anyone who may not have read the other posts, I was suggesting easily inflatable/deflatable hollow breasts, pubic hair patches applied temporarily with double-sided tape, and more insert variety.)
I realize that most doll owners do that to some extent already with having multiple heads. It's something I certainly do. But even with a different head and wig, if the breasts are the same and the pubic hair is the same, and only one insert really fits, there is only a partial sense of it being a different doll. It's more like the same doll in disguise or with a make-over.
So if the breasts were adjustable in size, and there were a variety of pubic hair patches (like triangular, rectangular, strip, heart-shaped), and a variety of insert designs (like there are with sleeves these days), a doll owner could choose a personality that fits a certain face and then customize their doll easily to accentuate that. If a doll owner bought three heads, it would be like having fraternal triplets, let's say. For example, one sister is more shy and studious, so in addition to whatever hair style chosen, her breasts are smaller and more natural, her pubic hair is in a simple triangular shape, and her insert is tighter. Whereas, another sister is somewhat rebellious, so her breasts are larger, maybe like implants, her pubic hair is in a narrow strip, and her insert is more unusual and stimulating (which can be both good and bad
).I know the adjustable hollow breasts might be very challenging, but the pubic hair patches and a variety of inserts might not be too hard to do. I'm not aware of any doll company taking the concept of customization this far. I hope some of these ideas are of benefit to you.
Again I need to say how utterly impressed I am with your dolls. At this point I'm thinking I'm going to end up with every doll you ever make, and you're going to end up with my bank account.
