125 cm doll clothing size

hi guy does any one know what clothing size fit the 125 cm doll ?please help thanks

Children size Age 7-8
Size 6, 30A
Check the charts some clothes vendors provide.
chest 67cm(26.37")
waist 53cm(20.86")
hip 73cm(28.74")
Make sure clothes are slightly larger or will be too tight.
Hope you find this useful and someone check if i make any mistake.

I sent a similar pm. US size 8 girls. Some womens tops can be used as a dress.

Here is what karrot had to say about a black top he bought for his doll:
Its a uk size 6 spagetti strap top from Tesco. With Xiaoli being small it works as a dress.

sorry, tubee is right.
Adult size is too large for 125cm dolls except the bra size 30A should fit.

After tubee supplying foot measurements (length=7.75", width=2.75"), I've found the following:

This link discusses converting the length to size (women on left side)

So, it looks like the 125cm is meant to have around a US size 4 (B). As mixjon has experienced, going up to a 5 could work, depending on the manufacturer.

Play it safe at a 4.5?
