WM doll with va jay jay insert question

Sorry if this has already been covered, but a search in the upper right corner turned up way to much to read thru.

I was reading a post about a WM torso doll & the OP had stated that he opted for a "fixed" vag because he wanted to keep the anal option. So my question is, if you opt for a "replaceable" vag do you loose the anal entry or is that just on the torso doll?

Yes of course I have an arsehole too! He's still in bed with a really bad cold!

The only problem is that I don't have an insert there (none of us dolls do) so I have to sit on my camping toilet and get douched with warm water and antibacterial hand soap! I do find it quite nice though!!! My Hollows has put some Vaseline in there so it cleans and dries very quickly!
