Need Help/ Advise with Doll Album

Hello. I'm having a lot of difficulty registering on Doll Album... I keep typing in the robot test and it repeatedly says "user not recognized." I couldn't find any help on the site aside from the captchka aid. Maybe it's not recognizing me because I'm still very new to Doll forum?
