It's definitely head 56. Its so uber-popular its hard to not recognize it these days.

Whether it can qualify as a teenager or not is debatable. I think its one of the faces that has quite a bit of age range to it. Certainly enough for a common stock photo to confuse the How-Old app.

It may not be as accurate for dolls as real people. I've got wildly different results for some of Brie's photos. Anywhere from a low of 13 (yikes!) to a high of 29.
