Hi All
I have received a new doll. Sarah, a WM doll 156cm with a 31 head. Ordered from Beautiful Dolls and I will post a review there. In short, no problems with the order. Ordered on the 18th July and received today (in the UK - 8th August), on schedule. I asked a couple of questions which they answered quickly. So, I was happy with the service.

If folks are interested I'll post some pictures of her when she is 'settled in' (possibly after this weekend).

As for the doll itself, overall I am happy, I love the face and of course there was a choice of breast sizes and I am a small breast guy. If it fits in the hand, that's enough for me.
But there is a little damage. The foot was a bit squashed and one of the breasts has wrinkles in it, I assume from the packaging being too tight. You might be able to see in the photos. Has anyone got any tips on how to get rid of those wrinkles?
I hope WM work on the feet. The toes are a bit floppy. But overall I am happy. But any advice on how to get rid of wrinkles would be most appreciated. Thank you

For the wrinkles on the breasts i had the same on my wm when she arrived, try applying some heat with a towel, making sure to reapply every 15 mins or so with warm water over the course of a few hours and it should come back to normal!

If not fix it entirely it will definitely help and the material will probably bounce back to normal over time!
The wrinkles on Sophie are completely gone now and it was very similar to your pictures!
It's probably just that the box was flipped during shipping and the plastic wrap created those.

Hi, congrats on your new gal, she looks great. As for the wrinkles and indentions, don't worry, I recently had a YL155D move in and she had unfortunately had her box on end in the UPS truck despite the arrows etc! Sure enough her feet had been pushed right back for some time so when I straightened her feet she had quite deep grooves on both ankles, also there where wrinkle marks all over in places, she's my 3rd tpe gal and my other 2 must have had easier and quicker trips from China but also I think the current tpe blend being used is softer which is great but will leave compression marks a bit easier. In any case I contacted the Vendor who reassured me that something warm applied to the ankles should get the tpe back to its correct shape. I got the idea of using a wheat bag that you heat up in the microwave but first slipped some white stockings on her to have a barrier, I popped the bag on her ankles and to my relief the grooves just went away and her ankles looked completely normal the next day. All other marks had gone a few days after that without any intervention from me aside from my cleaning her and doing the baby oil massage. So I'm sure your gal will be ok in a few days, have fun!

I think everyone is right, the heat is the best to get it to go back to it's normal form. TPE can do that if it's only been a few days in that state.

Also can I ask what skin tone you got on your doll?

The skin tone, as described by Beautiful Dolls, is 'Fair'. The 3rd picture down might be affected by the light in that room

Sarah's first proper day... forgive the photos, I'm not very good at them. The wig is the usual from WM, I have ordered new blonde ones and also nice long auburn-red wig
