Dolls and Vets.

I'm a Viet Nam Vet, I've been divorced now for over 16 yrs. I had to deal with depression and suicide thoughts, they had me on drugs to try to keep me alive. I guess. I got my first doll over 12 yrs ago and haven't had any problems since. I've had back surgery on my lower back and my surgeon told me that sex was the best exercise I could do to prevent my spine from growing together and requiring more surgery. He said doggy style with your partner on the side of the bed so you have to reach up under her and you do all the work... no problem MON!! I told him about my doll and he was amazed. Wanted to know all about them. My dolls are my companions, lovers, friends, you name it, I love them all. They keep an eye on me when I'm lonely and comfort me in bed on a stormy night. Thanks to the entire Doll Industry for the comfort you bring to so many of us.

In fact that first one is so beautiful that she seems to have a stalker who has found his way into her bedroom.

But apparently she has gotten tired of his shit and was ready for him!

Also, thanks for your service. I'm glad that more people are showing their appreciation for the vets these days. Especially the Vietnam vets who were treated so horribly by their own countrymen upon returning home. You guys deserved better than that.

Thank you for your service, Trailboss (And Jeff and HBL!)! I have a theory that there is something very healing for many of us with these dolls. I was not in the service but live with serious depression and suicidal thoughts myself. Getting Rari and my other gals has been a life changer! I thought it would help me but I had no idea how much. Over a year later and I'm doing well despite some serious life challenges, that in the past, might have sent me over the edge. Maybe the dolls aren't for everyone but for those of us with good imaginations they help us create a world that we could only dream about - actually mine got even better than my wildest dreams. If I am having a hard time during the day I think back to my home life with Rari and smile. It's a huge help.

Here's to dolls helping us keep our demons at bay and to all the wonderful folks who help make them a part of our reality!

I discovered dolls around the time the Army decided it wanted to keep me busy and away from home for about 15 months during Operation Enduring Freedom. A doll kept me sane and faithful to my GF!

Reading you L&C there Trailboss.

I am hitting 30 years in, around October sometime, and still going. Heck, they picking up the medical TAB so worth staying on for a bit longer.

The job has cost me family, friends, my partner and now my health, (that is hopefully on the mend),and I do not have the tolerance or trust for most people these days that I used to, but my gals and the hobby does make things a lot easier when home.

That said I still get a laugh outer getting the lads to go fill out an ID.10.T form, and submit in in conjunction with a form 100, for personal requests, still gets them even after all this time.

The trick here is keep on keeping on as our gals need us to look after them.
