What are the chances of the outside of the vagina to tear if I choose to go with inserts?

Any noticeable difference vs built in in terms of feel?

I was asking this question when I was looking into my first doll back in April. The answer that I got was... Low chance of damage if you do it right, moderate chance of damage if you do it wrong!

I have heard people say that a fixed is slightly (but not a tremendous) amount more realistic. With an insert, you will have the same level of tightness, but with a fixed it will vary depending on how far apart her legs are spread! I've also heard people complain about difficultly entering an insert. Such as missing the insert completely and going up along the inside of the cavity but outside of the insert itself! I've never owned an insert model so this is just me repeating things I have heard in the past.

Something else to consider is clean up time! Fixed require quite a bit more attention than an insert. Most importantly cleaning and making sure they are %100 dry. This is much easier with an insert as they can be turned inside out to clean and dry.

Well if others are finding it hard to get in to it there are other sizes up to 3cm
