Has anyone ordered straight from wmdolls.com? Help plz

Ive already placed my order for a 140cm doll straight from wmdollshop.com any they havent answered any of my emails. My order says awaiting fulfillment and im worried cuz i placed it on the 19th of august and havent heard from them since after the confirmation. They took the $2025 i paid them but wont have any customer service? Wtf? I thought id be playing it safe ordering straight from them ya know? What if they just took my money and never deliver? Plz help!

ive used the site to find the doll i want but using the doll house to buy the wm140 as im in the uk

make sure that this shop is genuine.

Weird, they always answer my mail within 12-24hrs. Try a PM on the forum maybe?

that's why WM sells their dolls through authorised vendors. They are good at making dolls but they don't know how to provide good customer service.

You probably have nothing to worry about. It usually takes at least 3-4 weeks to fulfill an order, and WMdoll are notoriously bad with answering questions and general customer service - that's why they WANT you to buy from vendors instead of directly from them. They want to focus on making dolls and let vendors handle the service side of things. You'll get your doll though eventually.

Wow thanks for all the replies! They finally responded yesterday after about 17 days since i placed my order. So y, i feel much better now! Anxiety lifted
thanks for all the suppkrt guys, i really do appreciate the comfort and cant wait to post pics of my new lady when she shows up! They told me since the wm140 is in such high demand it takes very long so i understand. Im pretty skinny tho so i cant imagine moving around a heavier doll and keeping that momentum goin so im sure she'll be perfect for me! Definitely giving a thorough review of both pros n cons after my first 24 hrs with her. Again thanks alot guys, i really lile this community!
