WM 140D - Box Dimensions

Quick question. Does anyone know the exact dimensions of the box for this doll? Does it vary by vendor? I bought mine from RLSD, and it will ship direct from factory to me if I understand it correctly.

I'm just wondering as I may need to pick the package up at FedEx since being home to sign for the box may be an issue. I'm curious as to whether it would even fit in my car.

Thanks.

Just checked mine and the dimensions are 53" x 14" x 11"

Mine was bought from 1am so maybe thats why it's different

Thank you for checking. I appreciate it. :)

Not sure if 53" will fit actually, so I hope mine is 52".

Bring a box knife with you just in case. You could open the box lid and bend her legs a bit or remove some of the padding under her feet to buy you an extra inch or two. You may still need to beat in the box a bit but this should give you the room to do it without damaging the doll.

And make sure you've measured with doors closed. Car seats are typically wider than the actual space, thanks to armrests or how the door fits into the shape.

If all else fails, rent a truck for an hour or two from your local Home Depot or Lowes.

Those are some good ideas JunkGuy. I'd like to avoid renting a truck if I can. That will REALLY draw the neighbors attention. LOL. But I think being able to get an extra couple inches should be enough.

I'm really hoping that they just deliver next friday when I will actually be home. Haven't gotten a delivery date yet though, despite her having passed QC 4 or 5 days ago.
