What size shoes US for wm 140?

Just got my first in the mail. What size shoes should i get her? Ill probably start postin pics soon after i get some

I use a size 4 (US women's) personally for my 140cm. I've heard all the way from US women's 2-5 can work though.

I have a 130-cm doll with similar sized feet, and found it helpful to know how big her feet are relative to my hand. Then when I'm in the store I use my hand to measure and find the right size. Of course this is useless for online orders. Still, I find I have the most luck in actual stores where I can see how big everything is now that I have a good sense of my dolls proportions.
