I have own 125cm TPE before, but not Silicone, but last time I heard, Silicone is hard.
TPE to me is very nice to touch :)

I dont noe about now, because of new softness Silicone. Is new softness comparable to TPE?
Or TPE is still far ahead compared to Silicone in terms of feeling?

What about DS doll? Because the price for 145 is similar to WM doll price.

I have watched the Sanhui doll vs WM doll at this forum, forgot which vendor. . XSdoll I think.
I feel the comparison show the Sanhui feel is hard compared to TPE . .

I loved the feel of TPE but unfortunately , my doll melt , discolour within 4month of purchase.
So if Silicone feel soft and comparable to TPE, I will buy Silicone . . and Silicone colour is permanent . :)

I don't have any DS or Sanhui dolls yet. I bought Z-onedoll,as their dolls have internal heating system and sound. 0X

Exactly, everyone's tactile senses are different. The only true better formula is the one you find perfect for you, be it silicone, tpe, fabric, or plush.

She's very pretty.
I'm always amazed at how a wig can change the look of her 8)

Silicone all the way!!!!! Repairing them is so much easier, they take paint better, not as porous and little to no smell(in most cases)........But alot of those tpe faces and bodies are gorgeous.

Yeah. I bought several wigs and different color eyes etc, to be able to change her looks every now and then. It really does make her look like a completely different doll :)

I am thinking of getting a Silicone head , and TPE body . From ZOne-Doll (Hit Doll)
So I can get the TPE softness body , but permanent beautiful makeup and feature of silicone head.

But the customer service told me TPE and silicone don't get along well. Will ruin each other. More oil leakage.

Anyone have insight about this..?

Buy some Gorilla Wood glue (all organic) and smear a thin layer on the TPE top of the neck (assuming it is a compatible screw on/off) - do it slow and with a paint brush letting it absorb into the TPE - let it cure till it is fully dry - it will create a permanent top skin were they connect.

I have 1 TPE fake that came with her head in many pieces - all the plaster like skull material was cracked and falling out and the anchor nut was completely out. I slowly pieced it back together and rebuilt it with that glue - worked perfectly and left a smooth skin cover that is permanent and nonporous.

LoneRanger, I like how you have an unsuspecting real life woman in the background of your picture
