Sanhui does not disclose a lot about their mid-term to long-term plans. Considering that it took about half a year from announcing the textured skin for the 165+ to actually shipping it, updating existing heads and body styles might take a while. The important part here is that they took some time to get it right, and they got it right.

From what I understand, the new SH-156 and SH-158 body styles have the textured skin feature as well. Regarding the heads you might want to check availability with Sanhui. Heads #1 and #3 are available in updated versions with moveable eyes, #1 is available with moveable eyes and textured skin, and the new #4 head appears to be available with textured skin as well. #2 seems to be not yet available with moveable eyes, but #4 might have moveable eyes by default. #2 could be updated with moveable eyes and textured skin sometime in the future.

It's the new variant of the #1 ›Addeline‹ head with textured skin and moveable eyes.

The eyes have a push mechanism with spring: Push slighly on the eyball, and you can adjust the line of sight. It works very similar like DS and it's a major improvement over the old version of the head with fixed eyes.

The beautiful lady safely arrived safely at her new home, so let's finish this reverse Unboxing up…

Packaging is the regular carton:

Inside is a lot of padding, so the doll can hardly move during shipping:

The head is extra protected in a "box" made of padding materials:

With all padding from the top removed, a soft blanket appears:

So overall, packaging is very good, applied thoughtful and much better than we are used from certain other Chinese manufacturers.

The only packaging issue I encountered was the neck poking through the padding:

The only suggestion for Sanhui in regard to packaging would be to reinforce the padding around the neck.

Everything else is perfecly fine.

To finish this up, let's look at some details.

The only dent I could find was this one:

It doesn't even pierce the silicone surface.

In the surrounding area you can see the textured skin which is haptically a major improvement.

A closeup of the lady parts:

As usual for Sanhui, vagina and anus are sculpted with a lot of detail. The seamline is visible, but it's timmed well.

This doll did not come with the anus plug Sanhui sometimed adds to their dolls. Another characteristic attribute of Sanhui dolls is that the vagina is always built-in (fixed). Sanhui does not offer an insert version.

This is a flawless pigmentation of nipple and areola area. Sanhui has done an excellent job!

The neck connector is a standardized thread:

It's smaller than common on TPE dolls (M16), so - for example - to put a Z-Onedoll head onto the SH-165 Plus body, you need an adapter (which is available).

The head #1 in the updated version with textured skin, moveable eyes and oral cavity is also of excellent quality:

The oral cavity is a real mouth, not just a hole punched into the mold; it has upper and lower teeth which are molded separately. The teeth are a harder silicone, and they are intrinsically pigmented with white color, so the mouth looks just utterly beautiful with all its precisely applied details.

And as a nice bonus, there is a tongue included. The tongue is removeable.

Overall, Addeline is a fine doll. A very fine doll.

Among all options currently available for life-sized and life-like dolls in silicone, the updated SH-165 Plus mk.2 is - IMHO - the best value for money. Manufacturing quality is excellent, and there just are no obvious design flaws.

The only complaint is that this doll did not come with a manual, so I had to photocopy one from another shipment.

The only desirables would be to get the weight a bit down a couple of kilos, and to offer a greater range of head options. Other than that, the Sanhui SH-165 Plus mk.2 is currently one of the best dolls you can get for less than USD/EUR 3000. Highly recommended!

What a gorgeous doll. I am planning to buy a sex doll rather soon-ish (as soon as I can afford it that is) and I was not able to choose between dollhouse and sanhui, but this is it, this is the doll I am going to get. Thank you for this detailed unboxing and the great pictures.

The doll my customer received came with (very) nice underwear that fitted nicely. The labels did not say much about sizes.

If you want to go shopping: If I remember correctly, there is no regular stock size that will fit to a doll like this. You need to take body measurements and then search for the closest match. The slim body parts (waist, legs) are probably S or XS respectively EU 32 or EU 34, but the bust is out of range for bra size calculators (very small underbust). Some parts you will find in stores for petite women, then combine with parts from regular stores. Finding clothing that isn't too tight (like yoga pants or a negligeé) will be easy, but if you want to put her into a leather catsuit it might require some research.

Ah, thank you for this information Sandro! Best not to be impatient and pre-purchase before measuring.
