If you are in the EU, you can not choose the heating option because our friendly authorities impose a busload of restrictions on electrical devices. Z-Onedoll does not have the required documents, like CE conformity declaration, printed manual in the language of the customer, WEEE declaration and so on.

If you are in the U.S., there are much more liberal regulations. Just go to to http://us.dollstudio.org/products/doll/z-onedoll/zo-151 and customize the doll with the online form. You can choose one out of two free options: either a free 2nd head, or free body heating.

EU customers can also get a freebie - a 2nd head without extra charge. This promotion is availble until the end of May.

IMHO just get a EU doll without the heating option. As a new owner, you'll have plenty of a learning curve already. Save yourself the risk of doing something wrong that will damage or deform your new gurl.

These dolls will always be at least at room temperature and absorbs body heat pretty easily. If you want a prewarmed doll get a decent electric blanket. Take the deal for an extra head!
