New member looking for help identifying a doll

Hello, first time poster with a question:

I stumbled on this doll about a week back and saved a few pics and noted the site I found it on in a spreadsheet, and it turns out the first site I was looking at is a known fake site with bad reviews after looking them up on the forum. I've been lurking and trying to figure out what head I'm interested in by going through the manufacturer list, looking through the approved vendors' wares, and searching the forum as best I could with no luck, although I've since found this doll on a few different sites that were blacklisted or purveyors of known fakes, generally the same few pictures of varying size and quality.
Initially, I thought I was onto something when I found the Shael head, but after a closer look, that doesn't doesn't seem to match up either.
Having exhausted my own limitations, does anyone know what head this is, and who manufactures the original?

This head is Shael #34 from YLdoll. I don't know about the body in that picture though.

Oh, so it is the Shael head. Kind of hard to tell with the extra makeup around the eyes, in particular. Thank you Booty Call Dolls and DollsFrance for the clarification, and thanks for the warm welcome, guys.
