Hello all members of TDF. My name is Manti and i am a 37 year old man from the south of England.

I decided about 5 months ago i really wanted a doll. I stumbled across this website and rather than taking my time to explore what i really wanted i made a quick buying decision.

I purchased a lovely doll direct from Sanhui but she is really not for me.

So i am on here to learn, discover, chat and at some point sell my doll and purchase another.

manti79, welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear the Sanhui isn't all you hoped for, as they are lovely looking dolls.
Given the experience, have you a better idea of what you're looking for? There are a lot of helpful people and information here.
There are a few newbie rules and you could use a few more post, so please feel free to ask questions when you need to.
Once you can PM members it will help in selling your Sanhui.

Welcome, Manti. I'm sorry to hear about the Sanhui outcome, but I'm glad you found the forum. Read as much as you can, and ask lots of questions. The most important of which is one to ask yourself, as Samara mentioned: What do you want from a doll?

Welcome Manti from a fellow newbie.

I am days away from ordering my first doll...but hopefully have done my homework on the site and will be happy with my pick! Sorry your first round was not to you liking...there is a WEALTH of information here and everybody is so helpful.

If you have any newbie questions you are afraid to ask in public, feel free to PM me...I hopefully will have the answers from diving in to the midst of the forums for the past few months!

G'day Manti and welcome to TDF

You have found the best place on the net to find out everything you need to know about this Doll Hobby

Have a good look around. There is a lot of info on the who, what, how, why and where and of course lots of pretty girls to look at.

You never know, you might find that your Sanhui lady can stay and she can have a sister. That's a bonus with these ladies, they don't get jealous.

If not, there will be someone here to give her a new home.

This is such a massive Mecca of doll information it is a little disorientating.

Been working too hard recently but will have some time this weekend to dive in.
