I think I got scammed and I'm a newb

I have never purchased a doll until this week.

I purchased 4 dolls on ebay for under 50.00 each... 3 with free shipping, one was 20.00.

Each one is 138cm-140cm TPE and silicone... 3 hole entry.

They're all in transit from China.

They all have lots of star reviews and 97% ebay ratings so I think they're legit?

I wanted to talk to someone about these because I can't have a convo like this with my fam/frnz and I didn't pay a lot of money so it's not a huge loss to me if I get like a box full of cinder blocks (I would still be super bummed though).

G'day travisisgod and welcome and glad you found TDF. It's a shame you didn't find us sooner.

From what you posted you are probably correct. Although, $50 for an inflatable (if that's what you get) isn't a huge loss and can be fun.

Like I said, I'm glad you found our community, where you can get a better idea of what and how much is realistically available.

Take your time and look around and ask Qs. I read today when some one said that the only stupid question is the one that isn't asked. I like that.

Shipping alone from anywhere to anywhere is likely to exceed $50 on a 138-140cm TPE or silicone doll, so if you actually get what's claimed, I'd be quite surprised. (Note that a doll made of both TPE and silicone is improbable, since the two materials interact chemically and, by at least one account I've seen, turn to goo in the process.) As Dees Man suggests, you might get inflatable dolls at that price; or maybe the "seller" has taken your money and run. Best of luck with the outcome!

Those are a scam, if your lucky you'll get a clothing item, or they will purposely screw the address up so it will never get there, it will just kind of circle around and finally get sent back or tossed.
Just for giggles I did gnaw on one just to see what happened, they sent an EMS small packet with two zip codes and an address of another town nearby, and with another name. Watching the tracking, it did make it to my town but then started a really weird circle of death between my town and neighboring cities.
Called the postal service and they told me what was going on and gave me a description of the package.
It was some sort of envelope the rep told me. Well no way was that a 130cm doll (maybe a picture of one).
So I fired back to the seller and ended up getting a refund.
It's a scam, you see the Chinese government subsidies the shipping cost to the US (and maybe elsewhere) to encourage sellers to export, this was an agreement made by the UN actually.
I found this out by wondering how they can afford to ship 50lb+ dolls for free.
This is someone, most likely a shipping agent themselves abusing their own system. (I think)
Just pure speculation of course.
But guaranteed it's a scam of some sort. It's going to take some amount of griping to them to give you a refund, it did me. Lots of hiding behind a language barrier.
Just a quick check on that seller and he/she has 64 negatives it the last 30 days category.

If you bought on eBay, you paid with PayPal, correct?

Review the estimated arrival date. If the items don't arrive by then, file disputes, asking for your item or a refund. The seller will have a period of time in which to respond. If they don't respond sufficiently or in a timely manner, PayPal will rule in your favor and issue you a refund.

If you do get your items, let us know! Good luck either way.

Yeah, those are NOT the real deal. I'm sorry, man.

Never believe ratings when it comes to shops on online stores.

1) They can be spoofed. They hire people to add fake ratings, so many that the real ratings are overshadowed.

2) They might sell a lot of other stuff that is legit. Their overall rating will have nothing to do with their rating specifically for love dolls.

I honestly don't know what you can do at this point, since they are already in transit. Offer to return the goods as they aren't what you wanted, but they might charge you fees and you'll most likely be paying for shipping back.

My guess is that you have some air Dolls on the way if you are lucky they might be pretty good, and have plastic hands and feet, the $20 dollar one probably will not have plastic hands and and feet. A TPE Doll in the 100 centimeter range (kind of small) starts out at around $500 Dollars on the Bay...definitely a buyer beware market, Good Luck.

The feedback from one of those super cheap dolls are:
"Sent me a pill capsule "
"Sent me a piece of foil"
"All I got was a spray bottle "

And like I suspected:
"Purposely miss-labeled the shipping address, got nothing!"

You won't get anything, this isn't even a vendor at all..
