New guy with a lot of questions..

Hello everybody,
Thinking back, I can't even remember the event that eventually led me to here, but here I am all the same. This forum has turned me back into my old 13 year old self except now I have a bit of money. I'm finally about to pull the trigger ordering a doll and I'd love some human responses before I do so.

First off, let me say I am fairly well versed in forum etiquette and know you have to search before posting questions that's been asked a thousand times. The reason I'm typing this is because my search skills have fallen short on this topic.

I've 100 percent decided on the doll. She goes by what seems like a thousand names(so frustrating) but most of you probably know her as the riley 100cm doll manufactured by wm dolls. The compact size, the 100percent positive reviews, etc. Given her apparent popularity I didn't think I'd have to make a new post about it but I guess my keyword game is too weak.

(by the way, if I need to move this topic to another forum let me know. It just seemed like this was the right place.)

My several questions:
I want the anime face with normal eyes, but there are virtually no pictures of this. I'm sure literally every one of you has seen this picture:

I was instantly sold but whats suspicious is that every website uses this set of pictures to advertise the doll. I'm worried this is heavily modified and not just an eye switch. I really don't like the anime eyes(no offence to people that do) and I'd love to see some non professional pictures of the anime face with normal eyes before I order her. Also the anime face seems to have some crazy makeup that does not match the above picture. I feel like I'm missing something, since this doll seems to be a hot seller.

I want the tan skin, but again, no pictures with the anime face. Not a deal breaker, but again given the popularity of her I'm baffled I can't drudge up a single picture.

I've heard some unsettling stories about small dolls getting held up at customs. Anyone from Canada have any experience with this? I'll probably be paying around 1300 cad and that's a kings ransom for me, so I might not even roll the dice if I think customs is going to stick their nose in my business. I don't mind paying an extra couple hundred for sales tax but it would be nice to know others' experiences.

I'm probably going to do business with 1am and can probably direct these questions at him specifically, but my main general question is why aren't I able to find images of this face type when the professional photos are so hot? I know I can't be the first guy to think that's the best face.

ANYWAY thanks for reading and sorry for questions I feel have already been asked and answered. I promise I'll have more answers than questions in the future if I go through with this purchase. Again if this is in the wrong forum(I know it was incredibly specific towards a specific doll) I'll happily move it.

Welcome! Starting out can be a daunting and overwhelming experience. Don't get fixated only on the gorgeous faces and lovely hourglass figures! Keep in mind weight and intended storage and use. This can be a challenging yet rewarding lifestyle and your new girl will literally be reliant on your every move. Make sure you do your homework and understand the realities from fantasy.

I personally can't recommend the above site to buy anything from; they are not a vetted vendor on this forum. However, the information provided is well organized and accurate.

The doll you indicate is known as a WM 100 TPE (or Riley -and yes- many other names). 1am is a legit vendor. The face (usually #101) is pretty accurate and cute. There is little need for photoshopping. I think most new comers gravity towards the WM 100cm dolls....they are a prefect blend of size, weight and price point to discover and smooth the learning curve. If not completely set on the WM 100cm model, I'd suggest some entirely different dolls that would still be in your price range:

+Sanhui has 2 dolls in the smaller range; 92cm and 102 cm (I have the 92cm).

+JM dolls has 2 smaller dolls as well; 80cm and 110cm (I have an 80cm and she routinely rocks my world!)

I had a 100cm WM doll and it just did not work out for me. Something in her proportions and weight was just off putting. IMHO any of the Sanhui or JM Doll choices are a better selection (my preference being with the JM Dolls).

The body proportions on the Sanhui and JM gurls (both are silicone dolls) are much more accurately scaled and retain realistic ratios (bust, hips, waist and legs), moreover they definately keep their "adult" feminine curves.

Keep in mind.....Depending on where you are from, you may have difficulty getting a smaller gurl. There are several cases/stories of customs confenscations. I live in USA and got all mine just fine.....

Most of the vendors carry dolls in the 90cm to 110cm range with a couple head options. You'll find various other pic samples to get a better idea of proportion and "looks".

Shop around. There are always sales going on. Take your time and do not rush into it. Other vendors will often make every effort to meet or beat a reasonable price match offer. Narrow your decision to a TPE doll and a silicone doll. Email or PM 2-3 vendors directly from here (TDF) and ask any questions to gauge your desired level of customer service and for pricing/available discounts. (I recommend Jeff at Booty Call Dolls ~BCD)
Smaller gurls can certainly be fun "spinner" companions. Finding clothing that fit can be challenging but really only as limited as your own imagination and creativity.

I get the question of pictures being the same on other sites all the time. The problem is frustrating but keep in mind a few things:

1. As vendors we are at the mercy of what the manufacturer has available for photos this is why you see the same ones on different sites.
2. Photos aren't updated unless the dolls are updated which is rare.
3. Scam vendors copy the photos and claim them as their own giving the appearance that they are a vendor for the brand. Because of this it is best to stick with an approved TDF vendor.
4. Photographers embellish the dolls with makeup, wigs and other modifications that aren't available with the original doll.

Do you have a picture of the face you're asking about? WM only has 3 available faces for the 100cm doll you have pictured. Other manufacturers have 100cm dolls and you might be able to do a different face if you like the WM 100cm body.

1am is an approved vendor so you'll be safe with them and I'm sure they'll be happy to answer your questions.

Wow thanks for that detailed response. Those jm dolls are very nice. After reading about TPE vs silicone though I don't know if I could go with silicone. That 65 cm might change my mind though.

As for the face confusion, this is the face I've been hunting for


which seems to transform to this once you get it


aka no bottom eyelashes and sporadic eye liner on the top. Minor differences but they are substantial to me.

Not a big deal though I just thought it was strange that I couldn't pull up a picture of anyone owning the first face. The sensual face seems to still look amazing on arrival so I might end up going that route. I won't rush anything though thanks for pointing me to those other two sites.

When you order your doll, you can choose if you want the anime eyes or regular eyes. If you choose regular eyes, then you will get those that look like in the first picture you posted. And she should have eye lashes at the top and bottom of her eyes. You can even tell this to your vendor of choice when you order her, that this is important to you. If she would miss eye lashes at the bottom anyway, then ask your vendor to send you the missing eye lashes and glue them on yourself, which is quite easy. Hope this helps.

SO TRUE MA! We are seeing more and more of these scammers stealing pics and selling cheap air dolls as a bait and switch. Please, there are higher quality air girls. but these scammers arent even selling them let alone Decent TPE ro Silicone.

Sticking to a TDF vendor is DEFINITELY sound advice.
