The foot was kind of smooshed, there was a wardrobe malfunction and an order thing. I have been in communications with the vendor and since another person took over my issue - they have been great. That's kind of why I did not mention their name because I was giving them a chance. I was just amazed that there was no markings of any kind in the box or on the doll to say it was a WM Doll, so I had concerns after hearing all of the horror stories on this site. Anyways - Thanks for the suggestion.

Why can't they make a way to hang dolls with their heads on so they are easier to store and maintain? Why can't they make fingers with joints like a toy snake? Why can't they make a 5 foot doll under 40 pounds using hollow body parts and less TPE? Why can't they make a doll stand without bolts sticking out using a bigger foot?
