Is a SUPER long sitting position bad?

Post by GamerDoll »

Hi,

i was wondering if you put a doll in a "sitting" postion for maybe 48hours and after that you put her back in bed in a "plank" position to say it that way, is there a chance that the TPE at her legs may rip? or that it leaves marks that stay permenant?

Thank you for replying :)

Sat on memory foam on an even surface should be OK

Don't do what I did and be lazy after a clean up and leave her sat on the toilet seat tho, as that will leave a ring.

Was the ring permanent on her? Or did it go away?

Temperature also determines how long before creases or compaction occurs.sitting on memory foam would save a flat bum but you would get creases on her waist where the legs bend. mine sat for 48hrs and got the creases and it took about that long for them to go. Also keep the legs slightly apart as tpe can stick to itself.

So the best think to do is put her on a thick pillow? (to not get a flat bum) About the creases: As ur doll gets older is there a chance the creases won't go away after a while?

Just a little side note, I discovered that memory foam will melt TPE if they touch. So I strongly suggest you NOT put her sitting on Memory foam with a bare ass if she is TPE...

Not recommended imo. The thing with creases from a sitting position is that the material easily cracks in the process as it is constantly being stretched, which might not look terrible at start but will get worse every time, and that's not always even fixable with TPE-glue. This kind of damage is very common between crotch and thighs, and I have it on mine as well.

If you really want to do this anyway, then make sure to put some vaseline or Nivea Cream on the area the day before to make sure the material is as stretchy and healthy as possible.

I have 2 tpe gals that are nearly always in sitting positions, my YL148 has been doing it for nearly a year, they both sit on pillows and I point their legs downwards as much as possible to reduce the chance of wrinkling. Of course they both get moved around but they can be sat like that for a few days or a week and so far they seem happy enough. Where they are is cool and dry which I think helps and I'm aware from reading others experience of doing this they have had problems. I do ensure that they are both wearing stuff that isn't too tight and can't leave any impressions etc. I had a check of Sarah's butt just today and it looks as good as it did a year ago with no flattening. I'm guessing that, with tpe, a lot will depend on temperature and humidity, I would imagine in a hotter climate there might be more of an issue but here in the UK that shouldn't be so! Saying that we have just had a heat wave! I do realise that the general advice is that tpe ladies like to be stored flat as much as possible but I like to see them out sitting around the house where I can keep an eye on them, as I'm sure they talk about me behind my back!

I forgot to add, that I'm quite thorough with the baby oil and Vaseline treatment which is probably the most important aspect of tpe care.

Certainly! These creases have developed into tears during the first year I had her, before we knew about the wonders of mineraloil, but still not long after I got her brand new, so she wasn't that dry. I started noticing them after a period when I often had my doll sitting in the sofa instead of laying in bed, with very little sexytime. Since then all I've been able to do is to slow down the process of it getting worse, with much vaseline and rarely spreading the legs too far apart. The frustrating thing is that as far as I know you can't really repair it with TPE-glue, because the damage consist of microcuts that will just melt into a hole and make it even worse.

I also have a theory about panties adding further friction in that area when bending legs up and down. That's something I'm personally careful with nowadays anyway.

Note that the powder kinda highlights it and makes it look worse than it actually is. Also, censored because I felt bad about my dolls privacy

If you need to leave your doll unattended for a SUPER long time as you say, the #1 best method is to hang her with the RLSD Closet Bar Suspension Kit (the only hanging method endorsed by WM Dolls). Doing so will keep your doll free from creases and compression without any worry at all.

I never knew this, Lexi lays on memory foam, covered with a blanket, now I will really make sure none of this foam is exposed. Thanks for the info LoneRanger
