Ooooh, I think I literally just got her myself 3 days ago and was looking for the same body type as that picture. I would say she might be really close:

She is described as a "big booty" woman but I'd say her backside is much more realistic compared to living woman measurements...minus the waist. Almost all dolls have tiny waists to accent her other features. But her breasts aren't ridiculously huge compared to most. I was looking for something more along a C-cup, but height and backside dimensions were more important for me.

Some good replies. I have noticed that while most of the dolls here are realistic, often, the body proportions are exaggerated. Sometimes the waist is too slim or the boobs are so big it looks crazy but hey, we all have our preferences heheheheheheehe.

Another interesting feature in the picture I posted is the perfect flat crotch.

I think there are a few dolls with flatter crotches like that, but I don't specifically recall which ones. I probably looked at around 500 dolls in a few days time so it's all a blur at this point. You may end up having to use my method...just look through hundreds of them until you find the one that makes you go:
