tried to submit Josefa to the Matrix and got this error:

This generally means that something in the text you have entered into the options feild is not in the same format as accepted by the SQL syntaxs.

This could also be a confliction with the preconfigured drop down options vs what you are typing in to the option feild.

I will have a look when I log in, and also have Elle give it a look over, to ensure the database syntax is correct.

For Josefa's submission, I could not see the error log, feel free to try the submission form again and use the drop down options where available.

Additionally, to ensure that your submission matches and records across the data base use the matrix for Sanhui (as Josefa is a Sanhui 145 A cup) to identify options for the feilds that do not have drop down options. This can be found for sanhui here http://matrix.dollforum.com/matrix_left ... =&gender=F

What has likely caused the line 1 syntax error is you may have submitted 145 A cup in the section for body, and as yet the matrix does not have that option, so I will look to build that in. If it is there then you can select it, but have the matrix for your brand open in another tab to cross refences options where not sure.

UPDATE...I have now added the Sanhui 145 cm a cup option to Sanhui's matrix!

thanks for adding the body
but the matrix seems not to be complete if its about the faces and some of the bodys
but its all a bit confusing if you compare the different websites
https://sanhuidoll.1688.com seems to have only one face for the 145cm bodys
https://www.sanhuidolls.com has 3 faces for the 145cm bodys but shows 2 different names for two of them O.o

btw. I think it was a apostrophe that caused the error
yesterday had entered: she's aka Jojo
think thats not compatible with SQL databases....

My pleasure. I have also now added the 165 cm plus to to Sanhui Dolls, you will see why shortly.

Yes, that was the issue, some special characters such as apostrophe's and commas create conflictions within the syntax of SQL, thus the syntax error.

So without further ado, showing that persistence pays off...
