I'm having the same issue as with my ORDOLL with the wires in fingers. Popping out of tips.I have extra wire thats the same, I use it to slice clay. I actually pulled out a complete wire, and replaced it, and seemed to work very well. I'm kinda tired, I'll look into it more tommarow. I also asked Mig to contact manufacturer to see what they say.

Having fun with photoshop, these actually somewhat look more like they do in person.
