Right now I know of members from the UK, Germany, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, and even from Australia! Most probably we have members from China and maybe from Canada and US too. The 2017 meet might become a big one!
Over the last years we also had members from Spain, France, Denmark visiting the European/UK Doll Meet (in the UK), some might be there again, and I probably forgot about a few others.

We do like this event to become a big international event

Id be interested in visiting. But bringing my doll along sounds like a stressfull endeavor for me because I have plenty of anxiety about keeping my hobby a secret. I guess this is what it feels like for a closet homosexual to visit a gaybar for the first time, lol!

The idea of actually meeting other doll owners and discussing them openly sounds like alot of fun though. And being far away from home is a comforting thought for me too. So im sure the experience will be nervewrecking but fun and liberating in the end.

I will give it some serious consideration.

Hi Stevo, please do. It´s up to you to have your doll on the passenger seat next to you, you may think about putting her in a sleeping bag to cover her up.
I can tell you that most People driving along with you won´t even realize that the Lady next to you is a doll, and if they do just give them a smile.
For the People at the Eurotunnel and at UK Border Control seeing a doll next to the Driver isn´t new anymore.

Hey, I do understand the stress, but hey I travelled quite some times from The Netherlands to the UK with a doll on the back-seat of the car. First I did use a sleeping bag, this works well for hiding the doll from being seen. Never got any questions. Not at Eurotunnel or elsewhere. But also without the sleeping bag (did that a few times already) no-one will ask a question -and if they do, then it's just a prop as you are visiting a convention of photographers

But please know, it's not necessary to bring your doll, also without doll you're welcome to join us!

Every reaction I've had to my dolls when travelling has been positive. 2 Guys in a van asked if they ever nagged me as we waited at traffic lights, I said no, but they never make me sandwiches either!

Remember one you get a few KM away from your home, no one knows you, and to be honest no one cares at that point! If you dont act shy they wont be able to make any question or attention uncomfortable.

Hope you can make it, with or without a lady, its a hell of a weekend!

I was going to write that this looks like this might just be the best doll meet on the planet, but i better rephrase and say Universe as we may have a guy visiting from Mars in 2017.
