Hell, just get a tiny 18 yo old off the street. She doesn't have to be a porn star. Gotta been 1000's of cute, tiny, flat chested unknown asian girls that would jump at the chance to be a paid model for $100.00 and get a royalty of a measly $10.00 for every doll sold in her likeness.

No, nobody would.
But what usually happens is, the dolls will have a downscaled body as people want small, easy to hide, dolls. But the head doesn't get scaled down with it because people want oral, so you end up with a small doll with a larger head, which will be childlike in proportion. Especially if the body is combined with a very young looking face, which is a popular trend in Asian countries. You only have to look around the Asian manufacturers, and you'll see it.
This then leads to the problem of finding fitting clothes, as adult clothing isn't really available in that size. So people tend to lean towards the children's department for clothes, and that's when the problems start...

Don't get me wrong, I know real women also exist with short bodies, young faces, and itty bitty titties, but they get questioned about their age as well if they want to enter something that is age-restricted, or buy something age-restricted. The only difference is, they can easily prove their age by showing their ID, while a doll can't. For dolls, the only deciding factor is appearance.

My own dolls have smaller breasts, not as small as the picture, but it wouldn't matter if they did as they are in a 1:1 scale (150cm), have an adult face, and are dressed like an adult, so nobody would ever think they looked childlike. If a manufacturer produces a doll with small breasts, everything else must look adult and the doll must be scaled like an adult.

i think b cup is a good compromise, that is b cup scaled to the body size, right now alot of the dolls only come with oversized breasts for the scale of the body, many actualy stick way out the side becuse they are so oversized. if we could get b cup, only women have b cup breasts, so face or scale wouldnt matter.

Voted 145 A-cup, but would be fine with B-cup as well depending on shape. I think a key is also to not make the breasts look like cheap implants, which is too common on dolls of all sizes imo. 145 because that's the limit I've set to be able to carry and hide the doll easy enough, but could do taller in a very special case.

Ironically the model Franziska on the previous page is actually one of my favorite obsessions and pretty much the perfect reference to what I'd like. Hell I'd probably sell my house for a signature doll of this beauty

Slim and fit body but still looks like she's in her 20's rather than teens, at least in my eyes. Small breasts are just joyful in different ways than big breasts, as it's great for stroking rather than squeezing for example. But yea it could probably become a problem to ship internationally with smaller dolls. This would however be one of few cases where I could go for a doll as tall as 170. Faces certainly doesn't have to look superyoung either of course. It's an anatomical challenge to say the least.

I know it's not on the list but what's the cup size for the 125 cm?
Someone mention their smaller than the 92 cm and 102 cm but I was curious how much smaller.

If you browse the various manufacturers and vendors forums you should find quite a few b cup 145s! I think the small breast versions we are talking about here come in at a cup. They are difficult getting through customs for the shorter dolls as stated above.
