Its not an option on all dolls. Just a select few. The jury is still out on whether its value and impact on everything from photography to cleaning. We're waiting for more pictures of textured dolls to be posted.

Notice that the skin isn't really "smooth" in these pictures. They are slightly .. um .. er .. well .. textured!

Hi Coco,

are there any plans to have a A-B cup 160cm with textured skin?
Cheers

I can't speak for Sanhui, but can compare my DS160 with smooth skin and my DD-Dreamlegs which have some kind of texture to it.
To me textured skin feels better and looks better because it doesn't reflect light (needs less or even no powder) and therefore also looks better or more natural on pictures.
But I can't wait to see more details of Sanhui dolls in particular.
And I guess I'm not the only one in desperate anticipation...

Is "textured" the same as "thick?" I've seen both terms used with Sanhui dolls.
Soon receiving new friends to be named:
WM 156-C #70 + #45
SM doll which can't be discussed.

---------------------------------------
Formerly:

Hikari/Allison/Heather - Racyme 158 #88/74/JY128
Rhiannon - Sanhui Elfie 118
Hannah - Sanhui 145 Face 2
Sayuri - DS 145 - Nina

---------------------------------------

It doesn't take all kinds. We just have all kinds.

Oh, Yes please Sanhui!
I'd love to see a latest body comparison, as I'm also getting very interested in this 168 right now.....

The 168 with the Severine head could just about be my perfect Sanhui doll, at this current moment in time  :)

Seems like the original question from March 8th hasn't been answered, so I'll go ahead help answer what I was able to figure out and that is, all dolls 118cm and above now receive textured skin. If there is a doll 118cm+ that you like and has the cup size you prefer, rest assured it has textured skin. Hope this helps!

I agree, it would be amazing to see this comparison. Not much data on the 168 at the moment.
