I was browsing the FAQ at Sanhui and came across this info regarding their choice offer only dolls with built in vaginas:

"With every purchase we provide you with a cleaning tool, and instructions about how to clean it up, you should really try SANHUI dolls, it might be an experience you will never forget."

What is the cleaning tool exactly, and are their instructions any different than the advice given her on the forum, e.g. stuff with tampons after, then swab out and use a fan to dry it out?

My 118cm doll from Sanhui didn't come with instructions. The cleaning kit was a plastic bottle one can squeeze and with a long nozzle on the top to insert. I use some liquid soap to squirt inside then flush with water. After that, I use a tampon to absorb most of the water then I use an aquarium pump to push in air to dry her.

In my opinion the best solution!

I use regular, non-lubricated condoms with water-based lubricant with Rhiannon. So, I could more safely skip the full cleaning process. I don't want to leave a lot of lubricant in her, though, to avoid a mold issue (although I think that would be more easily solved with a silicone doll than a TPE one since you can sterilize silicone and it's less porous).

Doll's cleaning have done totally huge problem. It is easy. You need cleaning tool (Ebay). I have done myself.
Douche and woman' catheter. This is so thin that it goes inside without lube.
Condom is accursed device. I have not use it, NEVER!
