Can you do this doll with different areolas & nipples or does it have to be this design? I have just got a YL160 & I do NOT want the same nipples/areolas on my next doll (the 160 is fine but I want different ones on my next doll). This one is top of my list & I'm ready to buy.. It's the raised part I don't like, most other OR dolls I like the areolas & nipples..
