And the length of her leg from the base of the heel to the connection? I'm thinking tight elastic thigh boots might be a nice way of hiding the joints.

Thigh boots are. A really great idea.

Her shoe size is an EU 33. Thigh circumference is 11.5 inches. The leg length from heel to joint is around 29 inches. Please see photos for reference.

Hi there,
The skirt material skirt polyester.
As for the sizes, the Ex Lite hips are 80cm, Waist 55cm, Burst 77cm and height won't make a difference as the skirt wears relatively short on the Ex Lite.
These are official Ex Doll garments, so they won't colour transfer and stain.
