was going to mention this as well in my previous post but was at work at the time, I see this quite a bit as I'm sure other do as well though usually its the other way around where the dolls head is a bit small for the body, which in my opinion does look quite a bit weird, fortunately having a head that looks a touch big on the body is not nearly as bad, this is one of the reasons i would like a doll with a non detachable head so as to make sure the head looks naturally sized for the body it is on.

I really do not see the head being big for the body, As someone said to me recently, "Their is no perfect doll". Beauty is surly in the eye of the beholder.
I just think it could be the camera angle, like for-shorting. If you look around in the real world you will see the same. As people age the body does not always match the head. Cultures can vary as well. In many cases heads are interchangeable, it may not be just perfect, but we do like verity in heads.

This is just beautiful. The#56 has such a sweet smile, just enough without looking over the top. The sculptures did a great job.
