Thanks William and Kristin.Wiliam wrote:I added a spring to the inside of Kristin's neck with a washer on top (not pictured). It worked great! Now instead of her head being tight at only one point/head position, she has a good 120 degrees she can point her face and still be pretty tight.
A spring is a great idea.
I was photographing Daria yesterday and after she was all posed and looking at the camera, her gaze would wander to the side.
Using a spring would never have occurred to me. It's such a simple solution.

Aye, it was indeed.Wiliam wrote:Just to clarify; this was meant for Spazz, yes?mi6c wrote:I suggest to take pictures and then explain your issue in the repair section of the forum - a lot of very knowledgeable and helpful folks there.Spazzmaster wrote:Be careful, I turned mine on tight, and I broke off the "grub?" inside the neck. Now I'm thinking on a way to fix this. I'm thinking JB weld but i have to test it on the material first. Aligning the grub over the skeleton is a bit tricky also, it does not want to just slide back in. I'm going to have to put a bolt in there, to "beat " it in, gently with cloth of course. But yah be careful, dont turn it on too rough.
Kind regards.
All the best.

-princeoverit. One vendor name kept coming up as being great at helping customers walk through the process, Booty Call Dolls. So I decided I would work with them on this first purchase, and did.
-Just in timeYou could not of found a better person to help you with your first doll. Jeff /Booty call dolls, knows his stuff... One of the few members that is a vendor and a real lover of dolls. He owns quite a few dolls, and really understands the love we all share.
